Description of problem:
When start FF under locale cy_GB or hy_AM, exit shortcut CTRL+Q does not have any effect (even it's noticed in menu).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
firefox-10.0.1-1.el6_2.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.LANG=cy_GB firefox
2.press CTRL+Q
3.
  
Actual results:
nothing happen

Expected results:
Firefox should quit correctly

Additional info:
I've tested only under *.utf8 locales, don't know how is the charset relevant

I'm sorry, this bug is not present, the shortcut isn't mentioned in the menu, there is another "bug" -> bz800810
