Description of problem:
not able to build gnome-settings-daemon on s390x because of missing xorg-x11-drv-wacom which is not shipped for mainframes

xorg-x11-drv-wacom-0.13.0-4.el6

Since RHEL 6.3 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.
