Description of problem:
Trying to promote a template only (without any product or so) brings CLI to the infinite progress loop.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Recent Katello git build.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. - all through CLI
1. prepare org,environment
2. create template
3. create changeset, add that template
4. promote the changeset
  
Actual results:
infinite loop

Expected results:
either error or successful promotion of the template.

sorry - it was my environment hanged (don't know why) - 2nd try - goes ok.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
