Description of problem: The following warning will appear on all v4 mounts: Warning: rpc.idmapd appears not to be running. All uids will be mapped to the nobody uid. The cause of this warning is due to the /var/lock/subsys/rpcidmapd is no longer created when the rpc.idmapd daemon is started.
