Description: Firmware for the Broadcom Crystal HD video decoder

This package has been splitted out from the main libcrystalhd package which currently FTBFS.

This is an attempt to resurrect the support in current fedora.
This review probably depends on fixing libcrystalhd.

I will keep the firmware to belong to the crystalhd package so it won't get into unsupported arches. Also there is a tendency to have the linux-firmware package to bundle them all. (if ever crystalhd is still supported on linux).
