How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Used "Interconnection wizard" to add a modem.
2.Added acounts *2.
3.Used up2date to download the latest kernal and up2date.
4.Installed up2date and kernal.
5.Rebooted and tried to add another user account with the "Interconnection Wizard"
6.Interconnection wizard errored bith a report.(see below).
    

Actual Results:  Program errored and filed a report advising me to log a bug.
(see additional information for log of error from my system.

Expected Results:  Should be able to add another internet access phone number
and account.
