Description of problem:

Need clear error message when register using wrong captcha text.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to new openshift website
2.Try to register a new account inputing wrong captcha text.

The error message is not clear.Details see in attachment.

Error message should be clear.

Verified it on devenv_1662, it's ok now, error message is capture text didn't match
