From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Description of problem: When starting the redhat-package-manager from an existing Psyche install (since anaconda is broken with Promise RAID controllers, argh) the package manager doesn't notice that installed packages need upgraded. So there's no way using this tool to install the new packages from Phoebe. It also doesn't check to see if a needed parent package is part of the install (ie, php-mysql complains that php is needed, when php is also chosen).
