We added mention that MyISAM was not supported for MySQL but there are more recommendations for various databases:

Basically the whole section 18.2 applies:

I also found out this mentioned in http://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/JBoss_Enterprise_Portal_Platform/5.2/html-single/Reference_Guide/index.html#sect-Reference_Guide-Multi_language_Support_the_JCR_RDB-MySQL:
"1000 bytes for MyISAM engine"

Since MyISAM is not supported we should remove that mention.

Removed the mention of MyISAM from both 5.2 and 6.0. 

I've already updated supported DBs for both versions as part of BZ#851691.

Changes have been committed to SVN and pushed to documentation stage.
