The "Create your domain now" link will take the user to old control panel page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the openshift website and log in
2.Go to app/getting_started page 
3.Click the "Create your domain now" link
  
Actual results:

The "Create your domain now" link on app/getting_started page will take users to the old control panel page.

Expected results:

The "Create your domain now" link on app/getting_started page should take users to the old app/control_panel page.
