Description of problem:

longconv.pl could use Getopts::Long to parse the options provided on the command line

This will allow us to use extended options if needed, in the future.

Example: we could allow the user to say --verbose in addition to -V

This was fixed in 389-ds-base-1.2.11.1-1.fc17.  Closing.
