It's not possible to leave full-screen from server mouse mode (vdagent stopped/not running/not presented). Keyboard shortcut passed from User portal - Shift-F11 in default does not work and It's not possible to show the Menu which contains Leave fullscreen button. This was reported for spicy as well on Freedesktop - https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40043 since There is no movement and It seems to me as ugly gap I am filing here as well.

3. Try to get out of full-screen

What is your version of gtk?

It should be fixed with gtk2-2.18.9-10.el6

$ rpm -q gtk2
gtk2-2.18.9-10.el6.x86_64

Shift+F11 works in client mouse mode, It does not work in server mouse mode, as well as It's not possible to unhide the upper menu.

> well as It's not possible to unhide the upper menu.

You'll have to first release the server mouse to unhide it.
