Steps to Reproduce:
I created a user "akarol" and launched few instances.
I don't wanted to delete the user, so thought of deactivating it for some time. 

  
Actual results:
The inactive option was not working.

Expected results:
it should be either removed or should work

Bugfix was pushed to the master w/ commit # 858f79df07971281d66d965eef87ce6a40ab1758 and to the 1.1 branch w/ commit # 0cd6d7dd0615e0876e2bbbab5287f1a341908187, please verify it.
