Description of problem:

Inspired by https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=801883#c8

Update the documentation to include the instructions for creating a Solaris
proxyagent and profile and client set-up for TLS LDAPS to include ldapclient
command syntax and cert8.db/key3.db creation via certutil.
