Description Ben England 2012-03-20 18:20:24 UTC
Description of problem:

When I boot RHS 2 appliance .iso on server, it gives errors saying it could not find RPMs. It asks me if I want to continue, I say yes and life goes on, but this needs cleanup. RPMs which it complains about are:

tuned-utils
mdadm
server-policy

RPM which I want installed is RHEL6.2 tuned-*.noarch, we can then add in the tuned profile for Gluster.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

RHS-2.0-20120315.4-RHS-x86_64-DVD1.iso

How reproducible:

so far every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot iso, when you get past disk formatting dialog you see these errors, then it starts laying RPMs onto system disk.

want to install tuned.noarch from RHEL6.2

Comment 2 Ben England 2012-03-20 20:37:56 UTC
correction: tuned-0.2.19-6.el6.noarch is installed on RHS 2 appliance

Comment 4 Sachin Ghai 2012-05-31 07:34:06 UTC
I tried installation with RHS-2.0-20120524.n.0-RHS-x86_64-DVD1.iso

And didn't find any error related to missing RPM's

Comment 5 Ben England 2012-06-04 19:19:02 UTC
I didn't see problem in RHS-2.0-20120530-whatever.iso, so you can close it.
