Updates to the Changeset name from the Changeset History did not propagate to the name on the left panel. This fix propagates changes across panels. The left panel's changeset name now correctly updates when edited in the right panel.

Description of problem: If the user changes the name of a changeset, the name in the left panel is not updated. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): git master How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. create provider/product/repo (zoo/zoo/zoo) 2. sync the content 3. create a changeset ("zoo to dev"), add zoo product to it and promote it 4. go to Content Management -> Promotion Changeset History 5. open the changeset just promoted ("zoo to dev"), change the name of the changeset (e.g. "zoo product to dev") Actual results: The changeset name is updated; however, the left name is not updated in the left panel.
