Doc Text:	The URL to open an asset must be entered into the browser twice before it will successfully open. The first attempt to open the asset results in the main search page of the JBoss Enterprise BRMS user interface being opened, the second attempt results in the asset being correctly opened. Description of problem:
When you open new tab or window in browser, you must enter url of asset twice. Pattern for URL is:
http://server_name:port/jboss-brms/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/Guvnor.jsp#AssetEditorPlace:asset_uuid.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open guvnor and log in.
2. Open new tab (window) in browser
3. Enter url of asset and open it.
  
Actual results:
Main page of guvnor but there is only one tab ("Find").
URL in browser is http://server_name:port/jboss-brms/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/Guvnor.jsp#


Expected results:
Main page of guvnor with tab ("Name of Asset")
URL in browser should be http://server_name:port/jboss-brms/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/Guvnor.jsp#AssetEditorPlace:asset_uuid.

When you enter URL of asset again, it works right. 

But why should customer enter same url twice?

i know its frustrating. We will document this in the release notes and fix it in the next release
