Some of the dialogs will point the user at the All Available Subscriptions tab. Others do not. Please add the text 

"Please use the \"All Available Subscriptions\" tab to manually "
                "entitle this system."

to the following dialog:

"Unable to subscribe to any additional products at current service level: %s
