looks like the TemplateInfo inner class of GuvnorConnectionUtils is hard-coded to the "LATEST" snapshot

seems like the snapshot version could be configurable similar to the rest of the properties in GuvnorConnectionUtils

You can now define your own snapshot name in jbpm.console.properties, default is:
guvnor.snapshot.name=LATEST
(fix is in jbpm master and 5.2.x branch)
