Description Dave Johnson 2012-03-27 20:59:58 UTC
Description of problem:
=========================================
Testing web app using IE8 was coming accross a bunch of different issues where buttons were not showing up on pages and element alignment was off. Tried on a different box where it was working and realized it was all related to 'protected mode' being enabled within IE.

Either disabling 'protected mode' from the IE tools -> security tab or adding the site to the trusted sites list resolved the problem.

This should be documented in the user guide as well as the release notes.
