There are little probles about links on app/legal/opensource_disclaimer page.

1.Go to openshift website
2.Go to app/legal/opensource_disclaimer page

Actual results:

1."rubygem-thread-dump" link is not available now, it redirects to app/legal/opensource_disclaimer#needs_to_be_filled_in.

2."rubygem-json_pure" link is duplicate, there are two same links.

Verify this bug on devenv-stage_154, it has been fixed now, thanks.
