This has nothing to do with rpm... I dont know what component this should belong to, but rhn-client-tools maintainer(s) might at least have a better clue about that than the rpm team. From what I can tell, a reposync / yum-utils issue. > wrong metadata for several auto-kickstart* rpm's in rhn-tools-rhel-x86_64-server-5 repo. Have you verified this? (eg fetch the file, checksum it, query the primary_db.sqlite)? If so, it's a createrepo issue. > several packages are downloaded on both steps 1 and 2. When there's a checkum mismatch, reposync should print an error message and try other mirror. This does not seem to be happening. |
