On the 'Add New Catalog' page, the wrong wording was used for the menu label and error message for Cloud Resource Zones. This update changes 'pool' to 'Cloud Resource Zone' so the correct wording is displayed.

1.create a new catalog with blank name and save

Actual results:
Pool can't be blank is displayed. see attached screenshot.

Expected results:
Text pool should be replaced with zone.
