Work item editor in Guvnor should be able to validate a work item definition. There should be a 'validate' button to highlight errors or at least there should be a list of warnings, which appears after clicking 'save' button.

How the work item editor works now is not so user friendly. For example you omit single comma character, editor saves work item definition without complaints, but your new service task type is not visible in the designer.
