Description of problem:
when using a <term> tag in a variable list, the presentation in the HTML file is bold, but in the PDF is not.

The Red Hat brand doesn't ship any CSS for this; moving to Publican itself.

Term appears bold in the PUG PDF (Check the 'Language code' appendix), we will need a link to an example PDF that doesn't work.
