Hi, 

There is the https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/cracklib/ project. Could you join the Fedora Project hub in order to re-use their translation teams?

Then we should add it under the fedora-main release.

Is this something I need to do from the Fedora end?  Or should this have been asked in the upstream tracker?

hum. Ok the uptream is more Debian than Fedora. It is aleardy in the fedora-uptream-projects release, which is then correct.

Sorry for the confusion, nothing to worry about.
