Description flibitijibibo 2012-04-02 04:02:57 UTC
Description of problem:
Fedora is currently on OpenAL-Soft 1.12.854, but the upstream version is 1.14.

The patch notes for 1.14 can be found on the main page:
http://kcat.strangesoft.net/openal.html

There was a 1.13 release as well, but the notes for that release seem to have disappeared into the void, so here's a archived copy:

Wish this update came to Fedora 16 as well... HRTF-based mixing is a great feature in this release! :-D
