Description of problem:
I can't install both pulseaudio-libs-devel i686 and x86_64 to build Wine.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
pulseaudio-libs-devel-1.1-8.fc18.i686

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install x86_64 development packages for pulseaudio.
2.Try to install i686 devel packages to build Wine.
3.pulseaudio-libs-devel i686 package conflicts with installed x86_64.
  
Actual results:
I get this error followed by many similar for html doc:
file /usr/share/doc/pulseaudio-libs-devel-1.1/html/index.html from install of pulseaudio-libs-devel-1.1-8.fc18.i686 conflicts with file from package pulseaudio-libs-devel-1.1-8.fc18.x86_64

Expected results:
Able to install both i686 and x86_64 development packages for Wine.
