Description of problem:
After installing librdmacm-devel-1.0.10-1.el5 to run iser, tgtd service is not starting anymore.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rpm -q scsi-target-utils
scsi-target-utils-1.0.14-2.el5

rpm -q librdmacm-devel
librdmacm-devel-1.0.10-1.el5

rpm -q libibverbs-devel
libibverbs-devel-1.1.3-2.el5


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.yum install librdmacm-devel -y
2.yum install scsi-target-utils
3.service tgtd restart
  
Actual results:
service tgtd restart
Stopping SCSI target daemon:                               [  OK  ]
Starting SCSI target daemon: Starting target framework daemon
/etc/init.d/tgtd: line 31: 22971 Segmentation fault      tgtd >&/dev/null
Could not start tgtd (is tgtd already running?)


Expected results:
tgtd should start properly

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for
inclusion in the current release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Because the affected component is not scheduled to be updated in the
current release, Red Hat is unfortunately unable to address this
request at this time. Red Hat invites you to ask your support

This bug/component is not included in scope for RHEL-5.11.0 which is the last RHEL5 minor release. This Bugzilla will soon be CLOSED as WONTFIX (at the end of RHEL5.11 development phase (Apr 22, 2014)).
