Description of problem:

User can't add/reply bug comment on partner-bugilla

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to partner-bugzilla.redhat.com
2. Open any bugs the user has the permission to access
 
Actual results:

There is no "Additional Comments:" area where user can add new comment and the "reply" link in each existing comment doesn't work either
  


Expected results:
User should be able to add comment

Thanks for point out this problem. It will be fixed in the next release on partner-bugzilla (b21), which hopefully will be done this morning (EDT).
