How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.login to conductor from IE9
2. Go to Cloud resource provider

  
Actual results:
Observed that an extra field is displayed 'Legend for X-Deltacloud-Provider' on IE9(PFA:provider_ie9.png), when accessed the same page from FF this field was not displayed(PFA:provider_FF.png)

Expected results:
The pages should be identical in all the browsers

This is working on updated version of ie9. (PFA: on_new_ie9.png)

Changed this bug to a release note..

The very latest IE9 must be installed for CE pages to render properly.
