How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to conductor from IE9
2.Move to "clouds" --> "new image"
3.Click on "From URL" link
  
Actual results:
Observed that the 'From URL" page was not loading ,the same is working on Firefox

Expected results:
It should load the 'from url' page with all the fields

This is working on updated version of ie9. (PFA: on_new_ie9.png)
