Description of problem:
When trying to alter the domain name to the existed one,there is no error massage for this operation.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login on to the site.
2.Go to the page of changing the domain name.
3.Input the domain name already existed and click the save button.
  
Actual results:
No error massage prompt.

Expected results:
It should prompt the error massage such like "the domain name has already existed.

This bug is fixed in devenv_1713.
