The screenshot attachment#576471 [details] makes it look like imagefactory is not running. What does aeolus-check-services report?
Steps : Created a cloud "shv_dev_cloud" , created CRZ under it then new image with a template Forgot to map accounts to cloud , so the issue is that instead of launching an unusable page , a proper message should be displayed. can you please retry on latest build? when accounts are not mapped follwing message is displayed "Images cannot be built.
