How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to conductor from IE9
2.Have one or more CRZ/Applications/Instance
3.Enable the 'tabular' view
4.click on the 'check box' placed on the header of the table
  
Actual results:
Observed that on selecting this checkbox, none of the items on the table was selected (PFA:selectall_ie9.png) the same is working on FF10(PFA:selectall_FF.png)


Expected results:
On selecting the 'checkbox' placed on the header, all the items in the table should be selected

This is working on my the new machine, the old machine was
too slow. May be that is the reason for my observation.
