facts help should read: View or update the detected system information
  remove the text "if supplied" from options.
  show --all right after --help on the list command
  shorten the indents on --help so that it is more likely to fit on one line.
  Description for service-level and config both have periods at the end, none of the others do

- updated facts command
- Removed if supplied from the list command
- moved --all right after --available, but can not move them to the top.
- indents can not be changed.
- periods at the end of the commands have been banished to puncuation pergatory.
