Description of problem: After selecting 'eject CD' in dolphin, the CD is ejected, but immediately the tray is closed.

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. insert cd
2. wait for it to be mounted
3. right click CD icon in dolphin, then Eject
  
Actual results: eject and immediate tray close


Expected results: only eject

I can reproduce it with 4.8.2-1. The eject button needs to be clicked on twice. After the first attempt, a message 'could not eject the following device .. one or more files on this device are open within an application' appears. After the second selection, the bug shows up.
