list of packages in remote API doc (does not include org.rhq.core.domain)

Description of problem:  org.rhq.core.domain package is not in CLI API doc.  see attached screenshot.

Expected results:  packages, classes, and methods needed to program with the remote API are contained in the remote API documentation

The domain API is actually a whole separate doc. :/ A little confusing, but that's how it is generated.

I *think* that there are parts in the remote API, like the criteria-based search parts, that cross-link to the domain API.
