Description of problem:
libsmbclient4 was disabled in 4.0.0-40alpha18 to fix a CVE, however this isn't working as intended as it blocks updating of the samba4 collection so the CVE doesn't get fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install previous samba4 collection instead of using samba
2.yum upgrade

Actual results:
The upgrade fails because libsmbclient4 can't be upgraded and it needs the old samba4-common and so nothing in the set gets upgraded.

This is related to what is going on in bug 814451 and doesn't really need to be tracked separately.
