python-grapefruit fails to install

How reproducible:
Very.

Steps to Reproduce:
 $ sudo yum install python-grapefruit
 
Actual results:

error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/grapefruit-0.1a3-py2.7.egg-info: cpio: rename


Expected results:

python-grapefruit is installed

I've determined that this was a misconfiguration of (something) on my part.  I had to delete some garbage files that got left in /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages and I am now able to happily install and uninstall python-grapefruit without issue.
