Can see it also on V7900. Does the monitor stay black ? or does it works ? No everything works fine, that is why the bug is low/log. Since RHEL 6.3 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as exception or blocker. Moving to 6.6 so it has a chance of being retested there and close consequently This need to be tested again, this should definitly be fixed in 6.6 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 is in the Production 3 Phase.
