Moving this to POST (MODIFIED means patch is in fedora git, which isn't the case here. At least in virt land we use POST to mean "there's a fix upstream")

Marc-Andre, any chance we can get 0.12 for F16, or a backport of that fix?

Since this has lingered for a while and a build doesn't seem forthcoming, just closing as NEXTRELEASE. F17 should have the fix
