Description of problem:
Remove button is not aligned with repository name under right pane of system template.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sync Red hat repos
2. create system template
3. Add repos to system template
4. Check repositories on right pane of system template  

Actual results:
'remove' button is not aligned with selected repository

Expected results:
'remove' button should be aligned with repository name

Yes, It reproducible with Firefox 3.6.26 and goggle chrome 9.0.597.107

Minor changes to the rendering of the HTML were made to align the Remove button centered with the text for all fields within the sliding tree.  This is being tracked here https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/1570

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist

These bugs have been resolved in upstream projects for a period of months so I'm mass-closing them as CLOSED:UPSTREAM.  If this is a mistake feel free to re-open.
