JbossWeb->connector->ssl configuration section
is only honored when the property secure is set to true.

This is enforced by the plugin, but the UI is not yet able to e.g. grey out that section when it is not used.

Also when the property 'secure' is flipped back to false, the ssl-settings on as7 are removed and on the updated configuration only shows unset fields.

Bulk closing of BZs that have no target version set, but which are ON_QA for more than a year and thus are in production for a long time.
