Description of problem:

If I log in simultaneously via gdm and via ssh, 'systemctl reboot' requires authentication, saying that other users are logged in.

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in via ssh
2. Log in via display manager
3. Run 'systemctl reboot' from a terminal
  
Actual results:

Auth dialog

Expected results:

no auth dialog

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 17 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing systemd-44-14.fc17'
as soon as you are able to.
