For Cloud Engine (Japanese), the confirmation message for "delete application blueprint" displayed in English instead of Japanese. This update removes untranslated titles. The confirmation message is displays in Japanese.

This is still a issue w/r/t the buttons on the popup
Looks like there is a regression since Dave tested this on 08/07/2012. Neither the message nor the buttons are translated - although the rest of the page is.
