Description of problem:
I'm not able to edit Testcase sections: Setup, Actions and Break down.
I can edit section Expected Results.
I can edit content of these section directly in html, but then I cannot see result in those sections after save of html.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit testcase
2.try to edit sections: Setup, Actions and Break down

  
Actual results:
It is not possible to edit Testcase sections: Setup, Actions and Break down.

Expected results:
It will be possible to edit all Testcase sections.
