Description of problem:
A package contains a list of files. It should include all directories it creates and where it is the sole user of. This package misses two directories.

/usr/share/eclipse/dropins/findbugs

eclipse-findbugs-contrib-4.2.0-3.fc15.noarch
file /usr/share/eclipse/dropins/findbugs is not owned by any package
file /usr/share/eclipse/dropins/findbugs/plugins is not owned by any package
