Description Simon Lewis 2012-04-22 09:01:29 UTC
Package brtfs-progs is installed - what / which tools is the kde-partitionmanager looking for?

Comment 1 Mattia Verga 2012-04-22 10:40:09 UTC
I cannot reproduce the problem.
Where does package brtfs-progs come from? I cannot find 'brtfs-progs' or 'brtfs-tools' in koji.

Comment 2 Mattia Verga 2012-04-22 10:56:54 UTC
Ok I found it... it's 'btrfs-progs' not 'brtfs-progs'.

After creating a brtfs partition I can reproduce the problem. For the moment btrfs support is only partial: you can check filesystem support in kde-partitionmanager under View -> Filesystem support.

It's not a kde-partitionmanager problem, it correctly find btrfs-progs (in fact it can create a new btrfs partition), but it warns you that it can only partially support this filesystem.

Comment 3 Mattia Verga 2012-04-22 11:04:06 UTC
Found an upstream bug wich asks for btrfs support.
