I could not reproduce this bug. I tried it under F16 and F17, using multiple versions of GDB. I have also tried to use the `C-x 2' command inside TUI (which displays info about the instructions being stepped), and without `C-x 2'. Can you still reproduce the bug? If so, maybe you could post a coredump file. Thanks.
